Unit Deployment Manager

About the Position: This position is located at 375th Medical Group at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.

This is a Direct Hire Solicitation

Plan, organize, and oversee all unit level deployment activities.

Review all deployment related documents for applicable equipment and personnel taskings.

Plan and schedule personnel deployment/redeployment processing to ensure a smooth and orderly flow of deployment personnel.

Ensure continuing support for communication requirement are accomplished throughout the deployment duration.

Establish metric and system analysis systems for unit and higher level management to assess the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory procedures.

Analyze the combat capability of unit through intensive evaluation of training, equipment status, manning, and unit supervision.

Review data to determine deficiencies, if any, and directs or performs appropriate corrective actions.
