About the Position: This position is located at Bassett Army Community Hospital, Fort Wainwright, Alaska. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Federal employees in Alaska are currently entitled to receive a 1.49% Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. This is subject to change.
Maintain Practitioner Credential Files (PCF) for privileged providers
Submit provider privileging applications to the Deputy Commander for Clinical Services (DCCS), the Credentials Committee, and the hospital Commander for approval.
Advise on the requirements, regulations, policies, and procedures for the Provider Credentials and Privileging Program.
Review privileged provider files to respond to a variety of requests for information
