FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Comptroller Department - 700 of SUPSHIP GULF COAST. Salary Range by Grade Level: GS-11 - $74,678 to $97,087 GS-12 - $89,508 to $116,362 This is a RE-ADVERTISEMENT of Announcement Number:ST-12985567-26-DG. You will perform or advise on work in any of the phases or system of budget administration including formulation of budget and cost estimates to support plans, programs, and activities.

You will present and defend budget estimates before authorities, review and evaluate budget requests, control, and reporting of obligations and expenditures.

You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of the organization’s programs and administrative operations.

You will provide advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization’s programs and activities.

You will identify, analyze and resolve a range of budgetary problems such as development of alternative methods of funding.
