Job description

About the Position: As a Supervisory IT Cybersecurity Specialist, you will lead strategic policy and planning for our cybersecurity programs. You will be responsible for designing robust IT frameworks, ensuring compliance with standards, and developing metrics to monitor technology goals. You will guide your team in securing the infrastructure that is critical to our nation's defense mission.

Develop and implement policies, procedural standards, and architectures for assigned IT systems.

Ensure optimal system operation and service quality during the integration of new technologies.

Advise senior leadership on mission-critical cybersecurity issues and proposed resolutions.

Formulate and defend budget requirements for the organization's IT resources and training.

Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates and evaluate their overall performance.
