The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care based on age-specific components; while assuming the responsibility for the coordination of care focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care.

The RNTTP Residency program consists of a comprehensive 12 month curriculum built upon standards related to clinical, leadership, and professional dimensions. Bring principles and theory with limited application of adult learning principles, teaching/learning methodologies, program management skills, and critical thinking skills.
Participate in annual clinical training in support of/preparation of VA's 4th mission and/or other contingency needs. Perform personnel evaluation activities beyond a clerical capacity, advise management on matters related to employee performance, and exercise responsibility in program policy development and implementation.
