If selected, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of the Enforcement Units and the Systemic Unit of the office.

Provides technical and administrative supervision to subordinate supervisors and staff, including evaluating performance, assigning work, identifying training needs, and improving quality and efficiency of investigative operations.

Oversees investigations of employment discrimination complaints, ensuring legal sufficiency, proper application of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws, investigative accuracy, and compliance with established policy and precedent.

Ensures appropriate negotiation and review of settlements and conciliation agreements, oversees compliance activities, and coordinates referrals to the legal division for noncompliance proceedings.

Participates on the District Office Management Review Team, developing investigative strategies for complex, sensitive, or systemic investigations, including Commissioner Charges.

Represents the District externally when engaging with the public, employers, advocacy groups, and government agencies to communicate EEOC policies, programs, and enforcement activities.

Collaborates with the District Director to develop procedures, improve operational effectiveness, support agency goals, and may serve as the Acting Deputy District Director, as assigned.
