Safety and Occupational Health Manager

Plans, directs, and evaluates a comprehensive Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SOH&E) program supporting high-risk hydropower, construction, and maintenance operations. Serves as the primary technical advisor to leadership on safety, occupational health, and environmental compliance, policy, and risk management. Supervises and leads a multidisciplinary team of safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental professionals, ensuring effective program execution and staff development.

Oversees industrial hygiene, environmental compliance, and behavioral-based safety programs to identify hazards, reduce risk, and ensure regulatory compliance. Reviews and evaluates work plans, contracts, and engineering designs to ensure integration of safety and environmental requirements. Leads accident investigations, analyzes risk, and implements corrective actions to improve safety performance and prevent recurrence.
