Research Statistical Assistant

This is a Without Compensation (WOC) Research Statistician Assistant position with the Office of Research and Development (ORD). This is a Without Compensation (WOC) Research Statistician Assistant position with the Office of Research and Development (ORD) in St. Louis, MO. The incumbent will function as a data manager responsible for working with research data utilizing various statistical methods. The incumbent will work under the direction of the Principal Investigator (PI); the lead researcher who designs, directs, and manages the assigned study. The incumbent's duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Designing, testing, implementing, and monitoring research data collected as part of health status questionnaires. Production and testing of research data to ensure validity and reliability.

Establishing and monitoring data collection timelines and response rates; and ensuring completeness. Assisting the Principal Investigator (PI) with data control procedures to include preliminary analyses, editing/correction of errors, and preparation of data files for analysis and final reports of study findings.
