Medical Support Assistant (PRC)

The purpose of this position is to provide support services and assistance by performing medical support assistance duties, record keeping and miscellaneous clerical support duties associated with beneficiaries. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).

Maintains and organizes program file systems Maintains and coordinates supply level inventories. Reviews patient information to help determine eligibility for care, rules and regulations, the service delivery areas, tribal membership, and residence. Obtains personal information from patient or family members to determine potential eligibility for alternate resources.
