LEAD RECREATION SPECIALIST (YOUTH ACTIVITIES)

The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a team leader over a group of recreation specialists and assistants, responsible for the full range of recreation services and activities assigned to Teen/Preteen Center, Nellis AFB Youth Center.

Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Teen/Preteen Center, ensuring that the Youth Programs complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Serves as a Team Leader over a group of recreation specialists and assistants. Manages the Teen/Preteen Center.

Ensures a safe and healthy environment. Represents the Youth Programs with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
