Clinical Psychologist

About the Position: The Clinical Psychologist provides support to the A. T. Augusta Military Medical Center in Fort Belvoir VA, helping ensure consistent, high-quality patient care and facility operations.

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

Providing individual, familyand/or group psychotherapy.

Providing crisis intervention.

Perform intake evaluations and provides treatment of adults using individual and group modalities.

Serve as a primary consultant to a medical treatment facility for issues related to military-specific and military-unique aspects of psychological practice

Provide clinical and administrative oversight to staff and trainees.

Clinical oversight, preparation and delivery of lectures or lecture series.

Provide a full range of mental health clinical services to military beneficiaries

Formulate clinical problem lists and treatment plans consistent with professional guidelines and medical treatment facility Standard Operating Procedures.
