CENTRAL CASHIER (FSR)

About the position: This position is Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Central Cashier Office in The Resource Management Flight. This is a Regular Full-Time position. This position includes the opportunity to enroll in Health and Life Insurance, 401K and Retirement, Annual and Sick Leave.

Scheduled hours will be 35-40 per week.

Cost Center Reports (CCCR'S), Visa/Mastercard sales/credit slips accounts receivable charges/credits,etc. Resolves discrepencies by contacting activities. Posts documents to appropriate ledger or journal. Runs daily audit reports, reconciles to off-line control totals and resolves differences.

Types correspondence and miscellaneous accounting documents. Maintains files to include proper disposition in accordance with established procedures. verifies NAF vending/amusement harvests.

Maintains inventory of designated squadron coupons and controlled forms. Schedules independent inventories. Responsible for training requirements for or originating from Resource Management.

Maintains key controls. Performs double-entry accrual accounting work in the absence of an accounting technician in order to maintain a combination of journals and ledgers. Operates assigned moto. vehicle to perform daily duties.
