Job description

This position is part of the NNSA - Office of Secure Transportation, Department of Energy. A successful candidate in this position will serve as Management Analyst (secondary), responsible for recommending recruiting strategies, systems and procedures to meet OST staffing and recruitment goals.

As a Management Analyst, you will: Responsible for implementing recruiting strategies, systems and procedures to meet OST staffing and recruitment goals. Analyze, develop, implement, advise and recommend solutions on all phases of a major recruitment program requiring significant analysis and innovation to solve complex issues. Prepare statistical reports to track progress and effectiveness of the program initiatives.

Collaborate with other team members to track and provide trending data for each applicant from initial contact to final disposition and assists with staff assistance for each phase of the process. Address issues which are frequently complicated by human resources regulations as part of the recruitment process, and which can directly impact the Office of Secure Transportation (OST) mission capabilities in maintaining NMC staffing levels in order to carry out the Secure Transportation Asset in support of national security program.
