Serve as the primary enterprise liaison, planner, and consultant to departments across the executive branch, driving requirements determination and strategic planning for global civil-military operations.

Coordinate across diverse Interagency, Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), and multinational partner networks to architect, validate, and execute complex global logistics solutions.

Establish enterprise logistics operating standards and interpret complex federal policies, statutory regulations, and agency directives to assess impacts on strategic planning.

Direct and participate in sensitive, national-security-level operational and contingency planning sessions requiring active high-level clearances (Top Secret/SCI).

Monitor interagency mission readiness, resolve high-level systemic escalations, and design Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize customer support and reporting.

Analyze future federal-wide logistics initiatives and author critical After Action Reports (AARs) to ensure agency capabilities are synchronized with customer requirements.

Manage real-time coordination with federal crisis management centers and oversee logistical support for foreign disaster relief and humanitarian assistance operations globally.
