If selected for this position, you will serve as a Case Manager providing a wide range of legal and administrative services to one or more Assistant United States Attorneys (AUSAs) involved in a variety criminal matters for the United States Attorney's Office, Northern District of Florida. Typical duties include: Preparing and managing discovery in a variety of formats. Provides a range of case development and support activities during the investigative, pre-trial, and trial phases of criminal cases.

Prepares subpoenas, witness lists/schedules, assembles and maintains exhibit lists and binders. Prepares exhibits and demonstratives for use in legal proceedings. Provides general administrative support for assigned cases. This includes, but is not limited to entering information into case management systems; maintaining calendar of assigned active cases; and managing case-related documents.

Drafts routine motions, pretrial filings, summonses, subpoenas, satisfactions of judgements, and other routine legal documents. Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
