If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for Information Technology support for the Northern District of Illinois. Typical work assignments will include: Maintaining network, architecture and infrastructure; Configuring and maintaining servers, hubs, routers, and switches; Resolves hardware/software interface and interoperability problems; Optimizes system performance and identifies components to improve overall systems performance; Manages accounts, network rights and access to systems and equipment; Monitors functionality, security and integrity of internet services. Manages internet servers; Installs, configures, troubleshoots and maintains customer hardware and software.

Provides customer training Provides technical support and operational oversight for in-house VB.NET and C# desktop applications and SQL Server databases, performing required code updates, small-large scale enhancements, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant system performance. Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
