About the Position: Serves as Contract Performance Representative with responsibility for representing the Contracting Officer in evaluation of contract performance.
Establishes work requirements employing detailed cost estimates.
Coordinates with key personnel with planning and scheduling for service contract support.
Inspects completed services and notifies Contracting Officer and contractor of violations and deficiencies noted, particularly in the areas of schedule, cost, and technical performance adequacy.
Evaluates contractors' quality control system when incorporated into terms of contract.
Monitors changes and proposed changes and incorporates these changes or modifications into the existing contracts to assure quality performance by participating contractor(s).
